A results-driven leadership program designed to support UP talents take their leadership skills and abilities to the next level. In this program we focus on helping leaders achieve strategic objectives by engaging and motivating individuals and teams to deliver sustainable results. The program emphasizes the importance of accountability, collaboration, and growth, and provides participants with the tools, knowledge and insights they need to level up their leadership impact.

  • The contents are clear and also the exercises are really pragmatic.

  • It was practical, really useful content that I will apply and very interactive. The organised engagement and 121 sessions with others on the program was nice and useful and makes it much easier to grasp concepts and apply them after the course.

  • The trainers were very dynamic and created an ambiance of trust within the group which allowed for quite open and personal exchanges that helped to learn from each other and get advice from peer.

  • I think this training was a hit which I feel lucky to have attended.
