This program is designed to help experienced managers strengthen their team and people management practices. Throughout the program, participants will explore their impact as a leader on their team, particularly in stressful situations, practice postures and ways of engaging their teams on a daily basis with a view to achieving high performance, and learn how to manage ambiguous or conflict situations.
