A mix of theory and practice

Our flagship program “Me as a TED Talker” becomes “Impactful Communication” to adapt to all public speaking situations: intervention in a management committee or team meeting, announcement of a transformation project, key communication outside the Group etc.
Learning to deliver a clear and impactful message is a crucial skill for our careers. Internally or externally, we need employees capable of addressing an audience with conviction and professionalism.
ENGIE University therefore offers you this one-day program to acquire oratorical techniques while improving the structure and visuals of your interventions. In very small groups and using your own professional content, you will learn through practice the keys to successful speaking. The robust teaching approach uses individual video feedback and customized coaching tailored to your needs.

Teaching approach

In groups of 8 people maximum (or 7 people in a virtual classroom), feedback from an expert consultant, theoretical inputs, collective and individualised practical advice.
The training session is preceded by an e-leaning path containing several videos and the identification of the presentation to work on during the session.
