Face to face
The Compass training program helps participants acquire the skills needed to manage unpredictable situations and adapt to change and diversity.
It focuses on decision-making, interpersonal communication, authentic leadership, and resilience in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) context. Participants explore their personal values, learn how to address ethical dilemmas, develop mentoring skills, and learn to support others.
Interactive sessions and practical case studies consolidate learning, while fostering an inclusive environment that encourages continuous feedback.
