The "License to Hire for Managers" training is a one-day course designed to empower managers with the skills to attract, select, and onboard the best candidates. It aligns with ENGIE's strategic DEI goals and help to promote ENGIE as an employer of choice.

It enables participants to better grasp their role and impact in the hiring process and leverage SEZAME capabilities. It covers as well extensive discussion on the ENGIE Value Proposition, Do and Don'ts in the inerviewing process and managing biases.

It includes interactive lectures, and role plays.
