We, at ENGIE University, strongly believe that learning and development (L&D) are essential to support the development of our managers, the transformation of the Group and the growth of ENGIE.
In an ever changing environment, with constant technological evolutions, we have to reinvent ourselves daily to keep up with the changes our society is facing.
Hence our mission: to use our extensive expertise of learning to anticipate skills demand in order to support ENGIE and its competitiveness, while helping the managers to develop their potential as well as their employability.
In order to do so, ENGIE University aims to create the best possible learning environment to foster the transformation of ENGIE. Our trainings focus on 3 main lines: cultural change, managers’ development and organisational learning through the Global Business Units, entities and the functional lines.
At ENGIE University, we are more than a university. We are a special place for managers to learn, network, grow, discover one’s potential, get inspired, deepen one’s knowledge about ENGIE and its culture.
