This program is designed to generalize project management techniques to managers, with the aim of respecting the phases of a project and determining the conditions for its success. To achieve this, we use the following project management framework: start-up, planning, execution, follow-up and closure.
Explain the fundamentals of project management (vocabulary and concepts based on the Project Management Institute-PMI® standard).

Assessment methods
A positioning quiz is sent to participants before the program.
A knowledge quiz is sent to participants after the program.
This quiz enables us to measure participants' progress, and a minimum threshold is required in the quiz to validate the training.
