This program, based on the international standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and sponsored by the Operational Projects Department (DOP), aims to make known and share with participants the challenges posed by the Group's industrial projects and to provide a common methodology for the execution of industrial projects (Capex projects as well as B2B/B2T installation projects).
This program is a fundamental element of the development path of operational functions and the industrial project management community.
Target audience: Project managers, Business Developers and other functions related to industrial projects: Purchasing, contracts, finance
- > Explain the Group’s strategy and the challenges of industrial projects.
- > Apply the industrial project management process.
- > Draft a project charter at the start of the project using the SMART method to frame the project.
- > Define the project management plan (PMP).
- > Identify stakeholders and define appropriate engagement strategies.
- > Managing opportunities and risks using the risk register.
- > Establish active communication with key stakeholders.
- > Implement project key performance indicators to anticipate and facilitate decision-making.
- > Formalize feedback during closing stages to improve knowledge.

Assessment methods
A quiz on positioning and expectations is sent to participants before the program. A knowledge quiz is sent to participants after the program.
These quizzes allow us to measure the progress of the participants, and a minimum threshold is required in the quiz to validate the training.
