You will receive a confirmation email only if your HR has completed and sent the registration form. Please contact your HR if you haven’t received the email.
Generally, our trainings do not include any specific activity, but on residential sessions’ sites, you can enjoy various amenities (swimming pool, running…). Check the website of the hotel or facility for more information. Plan a casual outfit for the training session.
Our programs are based on many scenarios and you will work in subgroups and pairs. Your presence throughout the program is essential for you to get the most benefit from it. Your absence could disturb other participants’ learning and the group dynamic. If you must miss part of the program, we will not be able to welcome you. We recommend you find a replacement to avoid any late cancellation fees.
Cancellation fees are covered by the participant’s entity and are calculated based on the following rates:
> 0% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the training session
> 50% if cancellation occurs between 15 to 30 days prior to the training session (between D-30 and D-15)
> 100% if cancellation occurs less than 15 days (D-15) prior to the training session or in case of “no-show”
Any participant who has to cancel their participation can be replaced at no cost by another participant of their entity until 15 days before the training.
Beyond this period, the replacement will no longer be allowed and the cancellation will be invoiced in accordance with the above point.
The price are communicated to the Human Resources Manager
Invoicing, for participation or possible cancellation fees, will take place in the month of the session. Payment must be made within 60 days to the account of ENGIE University (bank details included on the invoice and according to the payment terms specified).
