ENGIE University's quality as a training organization has been recognized once again this month!
ENGIE University's successfully passed the Qualiopi surveillance audit in France (with zero non-conformities), and obtained the renewal of our international CLIP accreditation for a further 5 years.
Both certifications are recognition of the quality of ENGIE University's work and offer, as well as its impact and continuous improvement mindset.
Qualiopi, a French standard
This quality certification for training organizations was introduced by the Ministry of Labor and came into force in 2022. Its objectives are:
- • to attest to the quality of the processes implemented by training organizations in support of skills development
- • to make it easier for companies and the general public to understand the training courses offered by training organizations.
This certification, obtained on the basis of 32 very precise quality criteria, attests to the quality of the training offered, both in terms of content and pedagogy, and the operational deployment of the training portfolio.
CLIP (Corporate Learning Improvement Process), an international accreditation
CLIP is an accreditation issued by the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development), attesting to the quality of the design and operation of Corporate Universities and Business Schools. It benchmarks learning functions against international standards in terms of strategic positioning, target market, learning offer, operational model and impact with a focus on digital, agile and international aspects.
