The "Lean Management Discovery – 1J" program is designed to enable Managers and operational teams to discover the principles and tools of Lean Management applicable in their areas of activity ENGIE to develop the right reflexes and improve the performance of Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Quality, Costs, Deadlines, Motivation on a daily basis
- > Understand the principles of Lean Management / Operational Excellence applicable at ENGIE
- > Understand and appropriate the "Basic" tools of Lean Management through games and interactive exchanges to better control the performance of an operational perimeter
- > Introduce continuous improvement projects (Kaizen Yards and DMAIC Lean Improvement Yards)

Defining Operational Excellence / Sustainable Lean Management for ENGIE and the PDCA approach
Introduce the principles of Lean Management and application via a game
Explain the fundamental tools of Lean Management for ENGIE (Quality: Getting it right the 1st time – Problem Solving, Standards, and Visual Management, Visual Performance Management)
Open up to Field Routines, the Lean posture of the Manager and cultural changes
Introduce the different types of improvement projects (Kaizen, DMAIC)
Sharing the Kaizen Mindset
Share available Lean by ENGIE for ENGIE Templates
Have each participant identify 1 tool that he or she wishes to implement and the associated action plan
Round Table & Debriefing of the participants
