This distance learning program enables managers to understand and appropriate the Group's health and safety challenges.
By integrating the appropriate methods and tools to assert their leadership and engage their teams, managers will be able to have a lasting impact on behaviors and the Group's operational performance.
This program covers best practices and processes related to risk prevention in the field of tertiary activities, with a focus point on psychosocial risks.
- > Identify the role and duties of the Tertiary Manager in developing a proactive and shared Health and Safety culture.
- > Memorize the Group’s policies and rules with the necessary vision to build and implement action plans within a coherent framework.
- > Engage in the promotion of Quality of Life at Work for employees and measure the human and social factors relating to the prevention of psychosocial risks
- > Apply and share the Health and Safety experiences and practices of managers in the Group enabling to improve our collective performance.
