Non-residential or Virtual Classroom
A program designed to support new and upcoming managers to understand and master the responsibilities of managing individuals and teams. Throughout the program participants will explore situational leadership, feedback, motivation, team engagement, conflict managment, managing performance, managing in turbulent times and remotely.
