This programme is designed for managers and executives who wish to learn about design thinking in order to grow as problems analysts and solution designers.

It will initiate the learners to the basics of design thinking: its philosophy, methods, tools... in order to strengthen their skills in solution design and innovation/transformation projects management.

Particular attention is paid to customer relations and how design thinking may improve your skills in it.
