Learn about design thinking and how to implement this method with a toolbox easy to use in your daily work!
This program is intended for managers who wish to become aware of design thinking in order to develop their ability to analyze problems and create solutions. It makes participants aware of the fundamentals of design thinking, its philosophy, its methods and tools in order to enable them to assert themselves as solution designers and pilots of transformation and innovation projects. Particular attention is paid to customer relations and the tools that design thinking can bring to this field.

Teaching approach
- A program that takes place in small groups with a coach, learning in a "learning by doing" format on cases contextualized to the ENGIE Group
- At the end of the program, participants receive a design thinking toolkit that allows them to easily apply the design thinking method in their work
