The Co.Leaders Extreme program, designed in partnership with London Business School, provides intensive work around one main dimension and behavior of the ENGIE Leadership Way: how to challenge the status quo, and be bold, individually and collectively.

It is all about how to question one’s deep assumptions and beliefs, and how to develop a more experimental approach towards business. Experimentation and uncommon sense are the two main concepts and methodologies that the program highlights. They both encourage a type of leadership that excels in asking incisive questions, act with courage, engage team emotionally.

Participants are encouraged and supported to constantly develop “little extreme” changes in their environment.

Targeted audience: Senior leaders from Pulse, Engie 50, GMR.

Objectives

At the end of the program, leaders are able to seek and launch “little extreme” changes in their environment. They create an environment to challenge the status quo by leading and executing bold experiments and actions.

Leaders improve the way they:
