This programme is part of the Up! course and includes 3 dimensions. (1) The ability to prepare for the future, particularly by working on strategic intelligence, (2) the ability to deliver results by developing management intelligence, and (3) the ability to collectively work with better efficiency by insisiting on emotional intelligence.

Planning
FULLY EMBODY ENGIE’S AMBITION AND EMBARK THE TEAM
1. UNDERSTAND
Intention: Embody ENGIE’s ambition
• Review, share, discuss ENGIE’s ambition
• Become aware of the difference of interpretation according to their color, the diversity of perceptions, and the need to take this into account in their communication to onboard the team Evaluation elements: individual and sub groups description of ENGIE’s ambition (drawings that can be gathered and shared)
2. ONBOARD
Intention: help onboard their teams on ENGIE’s ambition
• Raise awareness of different sensibilities and decide how I will adapt my communication to onboard my team
• Raise doubts, misunderstandings, missing elements that could prevent you from being able to onboard my team Evaluation elements: list of questions and suggestions that are presented to the Chief of Strategy in ENGIE + list of outputs the Chief of the strategy is leaving the room with
3. MASTER CONDITIONS TO OVERCOME PERSONAL AND INDIVIDUAL INTEREST AND DEVELOP
COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE
Intention: Understand what I am resisting to or persisting in doing
Understand the 3 factors that contribute to agility and know how to adapt your posture

Evaluation: individual “agile stars”: I start, I stop, I continue, I improve, I give away
WIDEN SELF-AWARENESS TO INCREASE YOUR IMPACT AS A LEADER
Intention: Discover the foundations of the DISC model and the behavioral styles
• Identify how our preferential behaviors affect our communication with others
• Get to know how to adapt our style of communication for more proximity and relational efficiency
• How to read one’s profile (analysis of graphs, sub-criteria, gaps between the Natural and Adapted
styles and motivators)
• Become aware of one’s comfort and efforts areas in a professional setting
• Determine one’s action plan to succeed in better communicating with others

3 Kahoot quizzes on DISC
video of individual 2’-pitches to their team making sure I address red, blue, green and yellow profiles
GENERATE INNOVATION IN YOUR TEAM THROUGH CUBIFICATION
Intentions: Understand the key concepts of gamification for innovation. Discover 1 tool to generate innovation in your team. Get conscious that innovation can be generated with gool tools &
processes.
• Identify the 6 dimensions of gamified innovation : users, places, ressources, game changers,
advantages for the users, revenue streams
• Build a pattern and discuss it peer-to-peer
• Imagine, using their pattern, feasible, original and disruptive ideas
• Meet the other participants through a dynamic approach
• Identify ideas which could be used for a next step of their training program
Evaluation: 1 page presentation for each group of 1 feasible, 1 original and 1 disruptive idea + position of these ideas on a matrix
TRANSFORM AN IDEA INTO A PROJECT WITH THE SCRUM AGILE METHOD
Intention : not to train on the SCRUM method, but offer an agile method (1 among others) to show
how to implement your idea today and commit to this method by taking the first steps
• Describe the difference between traditional project approach and agile approach
• Follow step by step process
• Understand key principles and notions of roles, sprints, backlog, agile organizations
Evaluation : for each project, description of the 1st imperfect deliverable and building of the 1st print
