This programme is part of the Up! track and works on 3 dimensions. (1) The ability to prepare the future notably by working on strategic intelligence, (2) the ability to deliver results by developing managerial intelligence, and (3) the ability to work more effectively collectively by insisting on emotional intelligence.

Targets: Managers involved in an Up! development programme.
