The two-days training program provides participants the key elements and tools to propose an “as a service” customer solution in order to accompany them in their zero-carbon transition. The training enables participants to:

• Identify the notion of Business Model "As a Service" (BMaaS)
• Recognize the specificities of ENGIE BMaaS
• Identify the key elements you need to innovate at the level of a BMaaS

• Identify the key elements you need to innovate at the level of a BMaaS
• Summarize the key drivers underpinning the set-up of an “as a service” solution.

  • 4 e-learning modules, including an initial self-positioning test & final evaluation test
